Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
- To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return

- A detailed video showing the problem is required for verification.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package.
- Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds :
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
